Weddings:

Most couples ask me to play during the wedding reception while people are socializing and having dinner. After dinner they usually have a DJ for the rest of the evening. My music will get your guests into a comfortable mood and make your special day more memorable. Be sure to book a month in advance to ensure your date with the Stranger.

Private Parties:

Add that touch of sophistication to you next high class event. Whether it is a church or business casino night, fund raiser event or even a romantic dinner for two, the cool sound of my sax will make the event more memorable. Last Minute parties

Have you been avoiding setting up your party till the last minute? Although, I like to be booked a month in advance, if I am available I can fill in for entertainment on only a few days notice.

 

Lounges/ Restaurants:

Wow your patrons with the soulful sounds of my Sax. I am so confident you will be pleased I offer one night worth of music free of charge! I am very flexible with my rates for restaurants please contact me to talk more.

 

Outdoor Events:

I love to play outside. I am available for all Orange County malls and public gathering locations. I provide all my own PA equipment and will soon have CDs to sell. My rates for these performances are negotiable please contact me.

Why pick me?

• Low Rates charged for high class performances, you get the sound of a band for a fraction of the cost.
• My whole setup takes up very little space, allowing me to blend in very easily.
• Perfect for intimate settings.
• No need to feed me or my band.

Performances

• All performances last 1hr minimum. They can be cut shorter if requested.
• Performances lasting longer than 1hr will require a 15min break in between hour blocks.
• You can choose to hear all traditional Jazz, all love/pop songs or as most people like a mixture of both for my performance.
• I must be let in to the event area at least an hour ahead of time to setup.
• Electrical power must be available for my equipment.

Rates

• $150.00-$250 per hour, minimum 1hr performance.
• Deposit may be required, cash or money order please.
• A $50 traveling/setup charge will be added to all performances.
• If you decide to cancel please let me know a week in advance and you will receive your deposit back within 5 working days.

Unforeseen events ¨C***Please Read***

Your event is important to me. I will make every effort to be at your event early and ready to play. I have never missed a scheduled event to date. However, in the case that I am unable to make it the following will apply.

• If I am ill you will be contacted by phone at least 24hrs ahead of time.
• If I get into a car accident or my car breaks down on the road on the way to a show I will call you ASAP from the road if possible.
• You will receive your deposit back within 5 working days if I do not make it to the show.
• Due to the unique nature of the show there is a good chance there will be no backup for me. In the event that I do have a backup I will inform you and all rates will remain the same.
• If my equipment malfunctions during a performance I will keep playing without it and all charges remain the same. 

By hiring me you acknowledge and agree to all of these terms and agree that you will NOT hold me liable for anything more than your deposit which will be refunded to you only if I do not show up for the performance.

 

Tips for a worry free performance

• Make sure to send in your contract and or deposit shortly after I contact you with the total price of your show. As soon as I get your deposit, you will receive an email confirming my performance.
• Have a wedding/event coordinator contact me to confirm a week in advance.
• Give me the wedding/event coordinators contact information.
• Leave the song list to me.
• Designate someone in your party to pay me after the performance so you won't have to be bothered with it.
• If you have to cancel, tell me a week in advance to get your deposit back.
